The meeting was called to order by Deputy Mayor Heigis who stated this meeting was being held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act having been duly advertised.

Present were: Committeeman Pagano and Deputy Heigis

Absent: Mayor Maglio

Also in attendance: Michelle LaStarza

The minutes of the July 31, 2012 meeting were presented for approval. Committeeman Pagano made a motion to approve the minutes seconded by Deputy Heigis.

The committee reviewed the treasurer’s report and vouchers. Committeeman Pagano made a motion to approve the report and vouchers seconded by Deputy Heigis. The following bills were approved for payment:

Michelle LaStarza presented the Corrective Action Plan from the recent audit. Committeeman Pagano made a motion to approve the plan seconded by Deputy Heigis.

The committee reviewed the correspondence.

There being no one in attendance and no further business to discuss, Committeeman Pagano made a motion to adjourn seconded by Deputy Heigis. The meeting was adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
